This imposing Bronze vase depicts carp swimming just under the waters surface, creating ripples as they make their way upstream.
Beautifully moulder, the eyes gilded for extra effect and depth. The body of the vase, bulbous in form and with a flare top, contains a rich array of reds, greens, golds, blacks and browns within the patination, to create a both realistical and mystical effect.
Signed to the base.
